Delete your online data

Fast Seven Netball has no accounts. If you turned online play on, the game created an anonymous player on our server. Here's how to delete it and everything linked to it.

In the game (straight away)

  1. Open Fast Seven Netball and go to Settings.
  2. Under Online, tap Delete my online data and confirm.

The server deletes your player at once. The game forgets its online id, and online play turns off. Your matches, career and records on the device are not touched.

What gets deleted

  • Your anonymous player id, token, made-up name and nation.
  • All your match results, including those on the daily and nations boards.
  • Challenge codes you created, and your attempts at others' challenges.
  • Your cloud backup.
  • The IP address you last connected from, and its country.

Nothing is kept afterwards, apart from server logs, which hold only IP addresses and are deleted automatically within 14 days. Boards that were already published update when they're next built.

If you no longer have the game

Use the Falo Games contact form, choose Support, and ask us to delete your Fast Seven Netball online data. Tell us your made-up player name and nation, which you can see on the Daily board, so we can find it. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm.
